Our Large Luxury Iced Fruit Loaf Cake is a traditional sharing cake, made with over 50% fruit content for a rich, full flavour. Handmade with sultanas, citrus peel, and sherry, it is beautifully finished with a layer of marzipan and smooth sugar icing.

Crafted by hand in our Lincolnshire bakery using the same traditional recipe we've been perfecting since 1972, this dark fruit cake is baked low and slow before being left to mature, allowing it to develop its signature moist texture and rich flavour.

Perfect as a festive centrepiece, thoughtful gift, or to share with family and friends throughout the Christmas season.
