Please find below important information about placing orders, pre-orders and deliveries during the Christmas period.

Christmas Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will be dispatched once they become available, with the option to select a preferred delivery date at checkout.

If your order contains both pre-order and non-pre-order items, your entire order will be dispatched together once all items are available. If you require items to be delivered separately, please place separate orders.

Christmas Dispatch & Delivery

Christmas is our busiest time of year, so please allow a little extra time for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. While we always aim to meet your chosen date, please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, particularly during the busy festive period.

If your order is for a special occasion, we recommend selecting a delivery date 3–4 days before the occasion. All our products have sufficient shelf life to allow for this, giving you extra peace of mind that your order will arrive in good time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details, so you can follow your parcel's journey.
