How do I store the cakes?

All of our cakes are ambient storage, no need to put them in the fridge! keep in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight

When will my order be sent?

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of ordering (excluding weekends and bank holidays). When your item is dispatched you will receive an email or text confirmation with your tracking information.

Do you offer Returns

We unfortunately cannot accept returns due to food hygiene and safety reasons.

If you have an issue with your order or the item is damaged please give us a call on 01522694411 and we will be happy to help with this.

Ordering for a special occasion?

If you are ordering cakes for a special occasion we recommend ordering the item to arrive at least 4 days prior to the date it is needed, this allows for any damages or courier issues to be resolved.
