All of our cakes are ambient storage, no need to put them in the fridge! keep in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight

Our cakes are suitable for freezing for up to 6 months

Most of our cakes are suitable for vegetarians, with the exception of a few, such as our Red Velvet Sponge. Please check individual product listings for full dietary information.

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of ordering (excluding weekends and bank holidays). When your item is dispatched you will receive an email or text confirmation with your tracking information.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns due to food hygiene and safety reasons.

If you’re ordering cakes for a special occasion, we recommend scheduling delivery 4 days in advance of the date they are needed. This allows time to resolve any potential courier issues or damages. Most of our products have a shelf life of 14 days (or longer) from delivery, so you’ll still have plenty of time to enjoy your sweet treats.

• Most of our sponge cakes have a 14-day shelf life from delivery.
  
• Our Chocolate Truffle Cakes and Fruit Cakes have a minimum of 1 month shelf life from delivery.
