The Original Cake Company, owned and operated by our two talented bakers, Simon and Karol. Simon has travelled the world gathering unique experiences in the food industry to make his dream bakery come true. And Karol? After he moved to the UK from Poland in 2009 , he worked his way up through the ranks of The Original Cake Company to become co-owner with Simon. Now they have combined their expertise into a business that we can all reap the benefits of!

From our chief cake-taster Simon and our alchemy queen Jane (she’s the one we lock away with the mixing spoons to conjure up divine new recipes) to our talented team of bakers and decorators, we’re a bunch of passionate foodies.

Our handmade delights have snuck their way into fine food outlets across the UK (some even fly the Lincolnshire flag in Europe and the USA). We also sell our goodies directly to cake-lovers across the globe through our website and online shopping channels.
Sustainable Palm Oil Champions
At the Original Cake Company we are commited to participation in the Sustainable Palm Oil Communities project. We are continually working with our suppliers to ensure any plam oil used in our products is sustainably sourced. This process is facilitated through annual supplier audits. By doing so we know that we are helping to protect wildlife around the world from the impact of unsustainable agricultural practices.
