Amazing cake, I had it in my fridge for a week before decorating and eating and it was still so moist. I was asked if I baked it myself and wish I had lied because people liked it so much and were so happy there was a vegan option

Honestly this was a huge favourite at our vow renewals! Everybody who tasted this asked for more! And not just for vegans! It was moist and the flavour was everything you want in a lemon sponge! This ready to decorate cake was amazingly good. It is quite difficult finding affordable vegan celebration cakes and this was excellent; moist, well flavoured and lovely texture. By coincidence, I have a note in my diary to order more today. Thankyou.
