Our Spiced Rum, Date and Salted Caramel cake is the only Christmas cake you need for the festive season, A perfectly moist and textured cake with a rich Rum flavour, filled with Dates and Sultanas and sweet notes of caramel running through each bite. Hand decorated with dates, pecans, fudge pieces and finished with a drizzle of salted caramel. 

Handmade in our Lincolnshire bakery since 1972, our fruit cakes are crafted using traditional recipes and the finest quality ingredients. Perfect for gifting, adding to your Christmas hampers, or simply enjoying at home during the winter season.
