Super cakes

The problem with these cakes is that they are sooo yummy. They say that they last 2 months. Not in this house!! Another problem is that when cutting a slice, the knife tends to move so that you end up with a larger slice than originally intended. This is because the cake is so delicious. Best enjoyed with butter or best enjoyed as they are - perhaps have 2 slices one with butter and one without to compare. Ideal with tea or coffee or just by itself.
