Sticky Toffee Loaf
Handmade in our Lincolnshire bakery, our sticky toffee loaf cake is the perfect comfort food. Our freshly baked toffee sponge is made with golden syrup, black treacle, and fudge. Topped with caramel drizzle and fudge pieces! This is the prefect treat for sharing with family and friends.
Trio of Chocolate Truffle Cakes
Our chocolate truffle cake is the perfect mix between a brownie and an indulgent chocolate cake, this combination makes the perfect fudgy cake for any chocolate lover! There are three variations within our trio pack including Belgian chocolate orange made with Belgian chocolate with flavours of Sicilian orange running through the cake, a salted caramel truffle cake topped with a caramel drizzle and fudge pieces and finally our classic triple chocolate truffle cake made with a mix white dark and milk chocolate.
Nutella Loaf
Our Nutella loaf is a chocolate lovers dream, a freshly baked chocolate sponge made with Belgian milk chocolate with hazelnuts running through the sponge and topped with Nutella and a dark chocolate drizzle, our loaf cakes cut into 12 portions making them perfect for sharing with family and friends or just cosying up in front of the fire with a piece of cake!
Sticky Ginger
The perfect autumn/ winter treat made with treacle, spices, and stem ginger! A traditional cake topped with Belgian white chocolate and crystallised ginger. You can also warm this cake up in the microwave and serve with ice cream for the ultimate winter warmer treat!
Fruit Cake Trio
We have three types of fruit cake within this trio including our traditional butter genoa fruit cake baked with sultanas and cherries, a butter fruit and nut cake hand decorated with flaked almonds and cherries, all of our fruit cakes have a fruit content of over 50% for the best flavour possible! And NEW for this year we have put a modern twist on a traditional fruit cake with our salted caramel and date fruit cake packed full of pecans, dates, sultanas and fudge pieces and topped with a caramel drizzle, pecans, dates and fudge pieces!
