Where do we deliver?


We deliver to the ‘GB Delivery Area’ of mainland England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Highlands). If your delivery address is in the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, other GB islands, Northern Ireland and BFPO addresses please ring us on 01522 694411 for a price.




What is the cost of delivery?


Our delivery charge is £6.95 on all order under £99. Orders over £99 quailfy for free delivery.




When will you dispatch my order?


Orders will be dispatched between 2-3 working days from us recieving your order if the product is in stock. We do not dispatched orders on Saturday or Sundays.




How do I know my order is on its way?


You will receive an email confirmation when you place an order and a second email when the order has been dispatched. If you don’t receive the emails please check your spam/junk folder. The delivery service provider Parcelforce will provide a tracking number to enable tracking of the parcel if required. The parcel must be signed for.




Does the delivery need to be signed for?


Someone needs to be available to receive the delivery. Our deliveries are by Parcelforce and if the recipient is not at home they will try to deliver again.




Can I send to multiple addresses?


Unfortantly, each address you wish to send to requires its own order.




Can I change my delivery address?


If your order has not been dispatched we will be able to change the delivery address. Please contact our customer service team on 01522 69 44 11.




Can I cancel my order?


If the cancellation of an order is notified to us before the order has been dispatched we will fully refund you. We regret we cannot cancel an order after it has been dispatched. Please contact our customer service team on 01522 69 44 11.




Can I return a product?


We are committed to producing the highest quality cakes and providing them to you in quick time. However if you are not happy with your order our customer service team will be able to help to discuss any issues. Please call them on 01522 69 44 11.




Are the cakes suitable for vegetarians?


Yes, our cakes are suitable for vegetarians.




How long do the cakes keep?


Our cakes have varying shelf life’s (please check individual product for this information) but it is always best to store in a cool, dry place. All our sponge and chocolate cakes can be frozen.
